Ideation and Innovation. It all starts with an idea…Unlock your creativity, and learn how to validate the various business ideas or innovations you may have. This is the first and most fundamental part of any business – ideas. Additionally, you can also enlist Whitestone to contribute their ideas and suggestions for innovation as part of the solution. We’ll even facilitate the ideation process with your staff as a great way of engaging them in the growth process.
Research, trials, and focus groups. Before you risk yours’, the bank’s, or someone else’s money, test the feasibility of your business idea or innovation through comprehensive research into your target market and its demographics. Find out what competitors are out there, and how to position your idea. Understand what other successful providers of similar services are doing worldwide, and then test your concept, gathering feedback and data to validate your concept.
Business Planning. Proper planning prevents…..poor performance, or so they say. A comprehensive Business Plan is essential in taking your idea or innovation off the drawing board and into reality. Build Up Your Biz modules are priced at $2,500 ex. For this you receive at least 25 hours of labour per module, and full reporting and transparency on how those hours have been used.
